Ok so I haven’t posted in a while but right now I have like four followers…yeah so I think people were actually glad I stopped posting. Anyways today at school some college students from Samford University in the Pharmaceuticals department came and talked to us about over the counter drugs. Ok they probably thought“Oh what a great idea go to a middle school and teach them about abusing over the counter drugs. Then they won’t do them.”It truly warms my heart that they think that! I mean one kid in my class on a field trip tried snuffing sweet tarts(the sweet tarts were taken away from him) I mean I really don’t think you’re gonna get through to them. The college students mainly talked about the drugs that people abuse and how to abuse them. They practically just said “ Hey kids these are some drugs you can abuse and you abuse them this way. Don’t drugs they’re bad,and stay in school!” It was pretty sad but hey it got me out of science and learning the periodic table of elements!
